Rory Waide

Rory Waide was the CFO for Midland Christian School in Midland, Texas. The school has ties to the Midland County Republican Women group. 

In April 2025, he was arrested for child grooming after his wife raised concerns about her 16-year-old daughter, Waide’s stepdaughter. When interviewed by Midland Rape Crisis and Child Advocacy Center, the stepdaughter said that Rory Waide had sexually assaulted her multiple times. 

The victim provided photographs of a vibrator left for her in a drawer, along with a note that said, “Some things are meant to just be between you and me. I’m trusting you with this. Please don’t break my heart.” 

Further evidence of sexual assault was compiled in an affidavit given by the victim. 

Midland Christian School CFO and accused pedophile Rory Waide is currently in jail on a $25,000 bond.
